This is the day I look forward to every year. Yep, Corned Beef and Cabbage Day, also known as St. Patrick's Day to most. Ha. I can't explain it and Ryan really can't understand it, but corned beef and cabbage is perhaps my favorite meal. I could literally eat myself sick and usually come close to that every year. Sad I know, but that is the truth. Mmmmmm......
