Today, I am thankful...
for the roof over our heads. We don't have a big house. Actually, it's quite small, but it's more than enough for us. We have a place to keep us warm and out of the weather, both cold and hot. We have a place to call our own, to share with each other, to bring our little girl home to once she is born, to have friends and family over, and to fill with memories (starting with when we got married in our backyard). What a great little, red house!

Amen to that! I especially liked your comment about this being the home you will bring your baby home too and the fact that so many memories have already been made there. That's what makes a house a home. :)
